A distribution center for Aldi is currently under construction in Goodyear, Arizona and is expected to open in 2020. An Aldi location in Buckeye, Arizona near Phoenix was expected to open in early 2019, but now a spokesperson for the city says it won’t open until the distribution center is complete.

ALDI is set on W Yuma Road, in the north area of Buckeye ( not far from Abrazo Buckeye Emergency Center ). The City of Glendale confirmed that Aldi submitted construction plans for a 22,000-square-foot grocery store in a shopping center near 59th Avenue and Bell Road. Those plans are being reviewed by the city.
