Amazon has a system called my time which they give you 80 hours of UPT, which mean unpaid time. Every 4 months they give 20 hours if you have used the time, but if not you do not receive anymore time. Once you go over even a minute of 80 hours you are terminated.
Not every location/position does ten hour shifts or four day work weeks. I worked 5 days ten hour shifts Friday through Tuesday every week to start. The work schedule at amazon depends on the department you go in and whar time they start.
