(Right?) Sephora’s Beauty Insider loyalty program has been updated for 2020 and it’s a major upgrade. The retailer just announced new and improved perks you’ll want to know about. For the first time ever, you can get Beauty Insider Cash when you spend money at Sephora.

Each card comes with 15% off your first card purchase and 4% cash back with every purchase. Plus, there are NO ANNUAL Fees!!!

Sephora generally offers three major sales per year . Sephora sometimes offers targeted email sales (20% with individual coupon code), end of the year savings ($15 off purchase) and adds new products to their sale section (no code required). Can you still redeem Sephora rewards points for $100?
Rouges will still be able to redeem 2,500 points for a $100 reward through the Rewards Bazaar . Sephora will run events where Insiders can exchange their points for savings. Per their FAQ, there will be two events each year where insiders can redeem points for a percentage off one’s purchase.
How do you get sephora points?
You get points by spending money at Sephora ( 1 pt per dollar), or special events sometimes give you bonus points. Also if you get Sephora Play! You get a card to redeem for 50 extra points at next purchase in store. You can then save your points to redeem for deluxe samples in the Rewards Bazaar section.

Every time you shop with Sephora (online, in-store, or at Sephora inside JCPenney ), you will earn Beauty Insider points. Beauty Insiders earn 1 point per dollar , VIB members earn 1.25 points per dollar, and VIB Rouge members earn 1.5 points per dollar.
Each tier level includes reward points per dollar, a free birthday gift, seasonal savings (ie. VIB sales), and access to the Sephora Reward Bazaar where you can cash your points in for beauty products . What does VIB stand for? It pretty much stands for Very Important Beauty.
How do you get Rouge at Sephora?
I got my first year of Rouge by buying everyone’s holiday gifts at Sephora on a Triple Points day . It’s free to sign up for this program and you get points on every purchase, so there is no reason not to. You also get a free signup gift and a birthday gift every year—aka, you guessed it, free makeup at least twice a year.
Starting in June, Sephora is making it super easy to support an important organization. You can redeem points for a Charity Reward and Sephora will donate the corresponding amount to a rotation of charities. June will be the National Black Justice Coalition and July is Project Glimmer . These and even more newness go into effect May 29.
