Where does subway get their cookies?

At the current scale of Subway the bread is produced in dedicated, extremely high tech facilities. Supposedly in these factories the breadsticks are never Subway bread used to be mixed in-store but is now made off-site in large scale food processing facilities. Herein, can you buy just bread from Subway?
