Walmart is cutting full time hours down to 16 hours a week because they want to force people to work every single weekend. I was hired for full time first week I had 21 hours 2 week 29 hours and then week 3 I got only 11 hours not sure why.

Also to add I think the cost of staying open 24 hrs is relatively low for the value of being known as the most dependable store 24/7 any time of the day, they usually stay open to restock anyways, the cost of a cashier more is minimal with self checkout It’s way more profitable to close overnight.
