The items I found from the Dollar Tree that were labeled as 100% polyester were a plush doll, a super soft microfiber (aka polyester) car washing rag, some microfiber washcloths ( four for a dollar!), some mesh laundry bags ( three for a dollar!), and a child’s art apron that already had a kind of tacky decal on it.

I had read that it was possible to sublimate on aluminum flashing used for roofing. I am not a roofer, so I have no idea what this flashing stuff is, but, after asking around, finally found some sold in ten inch by ten foot rolls.
Does Dollar Tree or Walmart sell ribbon?
Unfortunately, neither Dollar Tree nor Walmart had any. So, my only “cheap” Walmart purchase was a few rolls of white ribbon that could be made into any number of things. And, yes, ribbon is 100% polyester, so I know it will work.
