Kroger Coming To Jacksonville, Sort Of Build-out is now underway at a Kroger Spoke delivery center on Jacksonville’s Northside, located at One Imeson Park. The fulfillment facility will allow Jacksonville and surrounding counties to enjoy next-day grocery delivery.
