Say you enjoy shopping at Aldi and feel the supermarket offers great value to their customers and because of this, you would be proud to represent them. Say you want a career in retail and feel Aldi is a great place to learn and grow your career. What is your greatest weakness?
You may be wondering “Why do you want to work at Aldi essay?”
I want to work at aldi because I feel like it is something new and would provide a challenge . Aldi looks like a great and friendly environment. I would like to work for a company where opportunities are available to employees. I enjoy working retail and love the satisfaction of a happy customer.
Also, why would you want to leave Aldi?
Getting 25 hours and not being paid for 4 weeks is the reason I’m leaving Aldi. On top of that they hire the bare minimum employees to offset labor costs . If someone calls out (which someone will) you are stuck to do 4 peoples job at once.
An answer is that the main issue Aldi has is its policy for Area Managers. They have a scheme where they hire people right out of university to be in charge of upwards of 200 people, with zero experience . It doesn’t work. Area managers leave constantly, stores practically explode when they do, someone else comes and changes literally everything and nothing works.
To answer this question successfully use the past, present, and future formula . By this I mean discuss, what you have done in the past, present, and future that will benefit Aldi. For example, suppose you were on an Aldi Store Associate Interview.
Are aldi good to work for?
Aldi is a good place to work if you like a fast pace where everything you do is timed to the minute from deliveries to breaks. Said to be the highest paid retail job, but in fact there are other companies that pay more. Very difficult to progress unless “your face fits”.
Aldi is a great place to work at. You just have to work hard that is all . I love working here good pay and good people. Although you must need open availability.
Overall, I would say Aldi is a pretty good company to work for. They give medical and dental insurance for full time employees and pay pretty decent. It is a high maintenance job with rarely any down time but if you’re like me and like to stay busy, this is the job for you. I also like all of my managers at the store I work at.
ALDI’s values are those of simplicity , a focus on quality and fairness. We acknowledge enterprise, stamina and hard work and in return we offer fantastic financial incentives and the opportunity to progress and grow in one of Australia’s leading retail operations.
That being said the money is no where near what it used to be, other retailers pay the same but at Aldi they really get a pound of flesh . Was this review helpful?
How do I talk to someone at Aldi about a job?
Talk about anything you’ve read in the news and on the website that is pro-Aldi and that would make you want to work there . Don’t lie, be respectfull, but honest.
Interviews for in-store positions at Aldi, such as Store Associate, Caretaker, or Assistant Store Manager belongs to easier job interviews . You typically won’t compete with many people for the job, and the questions won’t be particularly difficult.
Does Aldi make you feel stressed at work?
Indeed’s Work Happiness survey asked over 2,511 current and former employees if they felt stressed working at ALDI. Of the respondents, 60% said that they strongly agreed or agreed that they felt stressed at work most of the time .
